How each episode is written

Theme: what if Bible figures had a phone — how they would film the most famous moment of their own life.

How episodes connect: every episode stands alone. No figure and no passage is ever repeated, and episodes never refer to one another.

Cast: the figure changes each episode, so the appearance is pinned down inside the script — the first beat states age, build, skin, hair and beard, the fabric and colour of the clothing and how the headcloth is wrapped, and the rest of the episode keeps it identical. The crowd is background only.

Language: English throughout, casual and modern, like talking to a friend, but no internet slang.

Opening: mid-sentence, as if we caught them already talking.

Middle: they turn the camera to show what is going on behind them and react to it as it unfolds.

Turn: the moment itself arrives, and they react while still filming.

Ending: one line to the camera, and they sign off.

Dialogue: casual modern speech, lip-synced, straight to the lens. Warm and a little humorous, never mocking. Stay faithful to the passage and add no events that are not in it.

Sound: a natural voice over wind and crowd noise. No music.

Setting: handheld selfie angle, slightly wide lens, golden-hour light.

Never: mocking faith, invented scripture, or any modern object other than the camera we never see.

Other requirements

Character

Appearance · drawn from this every episode — the more exact, the more consistent
A different Bible figure each episode, so their appearance is pinned down inside the script: the first beat states age range, build, skin tone, hair colour and style, beard, facial features, and the fabric, colour, weave and wear of the clothing (coarse wool, linen, leather, a rope belt, sandals or bare feet), plus how any headcloth or shawl is wrapped. The rest of the episode keeps all of it identical. Always an arm's-length selfie angle, the figure sitting right of centre, face close to the lens.
Personality · for the script — keep it to the core
The one holding the camera and talking to it. Warm, a little humorous, speaks in casual modern language.
Written fresh by each episode’s script — no reference sheet needed
Appearance · drawn from this every episode — the more exact, the more consistent
Dress of that place and time: coarse wool and linen in earth, ochre and indigo, with real dust and wear. The beat they appear in states how many, roughly what age, and what they are doing.
Personality · for the script — keep it to the core
In the background, reacting to what is happening. They never address the camera.
