Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Subscriptions are month-to-month (or annual) and you can cancel from your billing portal at any time. You keep access until the end of the period.
What are credits used for?
Credits power generation — images, voiceover and compositing. Each plan refreshes its credit grant every billing period; the estimate next to each plan shows roughly how many shorts that covers.
What is the difference between composite and AI video?
Composite stitches generated images into a Ken-Burns short with voiceover and captions — available on every plan, including Free. AI video (the animated hook) is unlocked starting on the Creator plan and is powered by monthly motion credits.
How does autopilot posting work?
A series can generate new episodes on a schedule — weekly on Creator, every two days on Pro, and daily on Studio. Free is preview-only and does not run on a schedule.
Do you offer refunds?
Unused subscription time can be cancelled to stop future charges. Reach out to support for help with any billing issue.
