1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Fableclip, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Service Description
Fableclip is a faceless short-video automation platform. We provide AI-powered tools that automatically write, voice, caption, and assemble vertical short videos for channels such as TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and Instagram Reels, and can schedule or publish them on your behalf.
3. Connected Third-Party Platforms
Fableclip lets you connect third-party social accounts (including TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, Threads, X, Telegram, and Discord) so we can publish content on your behalf. When you connect an account, you authorize us to publish the content you schedule or request to that account using the access granted to us, and you remain responsible for that content and for complying with each platform's own terms and policies. Your use of each connected platform is governed by that platform's terms — including, for YouTube, the YouTube Terms of Service (https://www.youtube.com/t/terms). We access these platforms only to provide the publishing feature; we request the minimum permissions required, store your authorization securely, and stop using it when you disconnect the account or close your Fableclip account. Third-party platforms may change or restrict their APIs at any time, which can affect or interrupt publishing through Fableclip.
4. User Accounts
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 18 years old to use our services.
5. Content Ownership
You retain ownership of the original content you upload. Videos and other content generated using our AI tools are licensed to you according to your subscription plan. You are responsible for ensuring your input content and published videos do not infringe on third-party rights. We may use anonymized, aggregated data to improve our services.
6. Acceptable Use
You may not use Fableclip to create, upload or publish content that is illegal, harmful or infringing. This includes: sexual content and nudity; child sexual abuse material and any content that sexualizes minors; hate speech or content that attacks people on the basis of a protected characteristic; graphic violence or gore; harassment, threats or targeted abuse; content that promotes self-harm or suicide; illegal goods, drugs or weapons; fraud, scams or other deceptive schemes; malware; content that infringes another person's copyright, trademark or other intellectual property; and depictions of real, identifiable people without their consent, including uploading an image of a person without their consent or attempting to generate the likeness of a real person or public figure. You may not attempt to reverse-engineer our AI models or systems, resell or redistribute our services without authorization, or use automated means to access our services beyond normal API usage. We may remove content and suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.
7. Reporting Content and Copyright Concerns
If you believe content generated or published through Fableclip is illegal, violates these terms, or infringes your copyright, trademark or right of publicity, tell us through any of these channels: the feedback form inside the product, the Contact page at fableclip.com/contact, or email to support@fableclip.com. For an intellectual-property complaint, include: a description of the work you hold rights in; where the material appears (a link or video identifier); your name and contact details; a statement that you believe in good faith the use is not authorised; and a statement that the information is accurate and that you are the rights holder or authorised to act for them. We review every report personally. Where a report is complete and the violation is apparent, we remove or disable access to the material promptly, notify the account holder, and give them an opportunity to respond. Accounts that repeatedly infringe are terminated. Reports alleging child sexual abuse material or an imminent risk of harm are acted on immediately.
8. Payment and Subscriptions
Paid features require a valid subscription or video pack purchase. Prices are subject to change with reasonable notice. Refunds are handled under our Refund Policy: within 14 days of payment, pro-rated by the video slots used. Video slots are available according to the billing period of your plan.
9. Limitation of Liability
Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim. AI-generated content may contain errors or inaccuracies.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these terms. You may close your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately. We may retain certain data as required by law.
11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of competent jurisdiction.
