Refund Policy

This policy explains when a payment to Fableclip can be refunded and how the amount is worked out. It applies to subscription plans (monthly and yearly) and to one-time video packs.

1. 14-day window

You can request a refund for a payment within 14 calendar days of that payment. After 14 days we no longer process refunds for it. You can still cancel your subscription at any time to stop future charges, and you keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for.

2. Pro-rated by video slots used

Refund = amount paid × (1 − video slots used ÷ video slots included in that payment) • Slots used includes videos you generated manually, episodes generated by a series schedule, and the extra slots taken by options such as animated opening scenes and premium voice. • Slots automatically returned to your account after a failed generation do not count as used. • Example: a $19 Creator month includes 12 slots. With 3 used, the refund is $19 × 9/12 = $14.25. • If every slot included in that payment has been used, there is nothing left to refund. The same formula applies to video packs.

3. After a refund

Once a refund is processed, the subscription or pack it paid for ends immediately, any remaining slots are void, and the account returns to the free tier. Videos already generated or already published to your social accounts are unaffected and remain yours.

4. Processing time

Refunds go back to the original payment method and normally arrive within 5–10 business days, depending on your card issuer or PayPal.

5. Exceptions

We reserve the right to decline a refund where a payment shows signs of abuse: bulk generation for the purpose of obtaining a refund, repeat sign-ups to farm free quota, accounts suspended for breaching the Terms of Service, and payments already disputed through a chargeback (those are settled by the payment provider instead).

6. How to request a refund

Email support@fableclip.com with your account email and the date of the payment. We reply within 3 business days.
